For best results, lightly dab the bristles of a small, flat eyeshadow brush or a bullet-shaped brush into the pan. Gently apply one layer; add more if needed to reach your desired intensity. To create the look of a soft, smudged eyeliner, use a softly pointed or small bullet-shaped brush and blend along the lash line. The fluffier the brush, the hazier the effect. Next, glide the EyeDefine across lash line and into the lashes. When not in use, press the cap firmly in place to ensure an airtight seal. Sharpen liner when needed using the sharpener on the end.
