Spring has sprung! You know what that means; it’s time to purge. I recently brought all my winter coats and blankets to the cleaners and also donated boxes of books and clothing to the Salvation Army and Goodwill. By donating to those in need, not only will you help those less fortunate, but there will also be less waste going into landfills.

On a recent Sunday, my son and I decided to start a project together, so we purchased a large planter and some beautiful yellow and pink daffodils. Since they are low maintenance, they’re the perfect choice for those like me without a green thumb. Gardening and working with nature are extremely therapeutic and brings us such joy and satisfaction when we see our flowers finally bloom. It also gives our eyes and brains a much-needed break from blue light and screens.

After busy mornings, I like to relax with one of Bubly’s berry varieties of seltzer water. The raspberry and blueberry/pomegranate flavors are light and refreshing and perfect companions alongside a bowl of fresh blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Low in sugar and loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber, these gems are guilt-free and low cal, so feel free to indulge.

And the latest in spring beauty trends are healthy, glossy lips. I never leave home without our own Lucid.LipGlaze. Ingredients like pomegranate and ginger root extract help to improve the appearance of wrinkles while vitamin E and jojoba seed oil alleviate dryness and provide long lasting hydration. They are available in four juicy shades which I always have on heavy rotation.
